Recipe for 4 people


Ingredients:

- 2 cups basmati rice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (for a better result 2 tablespoons olive oil + 1 tablespoon butter)
- ⅓ cup pine nuts
- ⅓ cup cashews
- ⅓ cup almonds
- 1 onion
- 2 teaspoons 7 spice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups water




Preparation:

1. Put olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Sauté cashews and almonds until golden brown and then set aside. Use the remaining oil to toast the pine nuts and add to the other nuts.

2. chop the onions. In a saucepan, add a tablespoon of olive oil and the remaining oil that was used for the nuts. Sauté the onions in it.

3. Add basmati rice to the onions and stir until the rice is completely covered with oil. Then add Sababahrat and mix well.

4. Now add the water and salt and cook for about 20 minutes. 

5. Garnish the finished rice with the nuts.
