Recipe for 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g cooked chickpeas
- 100 g tahini sauce
- 1.5 lemons
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup chickpea water
Preparation:
1. Put the chickpeas in a blender with the sesame sauce, lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt and olive oil. To achieve a creamy consistency, chickpea liquid can be added from time to time.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for at least 2 hours.
3. Arrange in a deep dish and integrate the indentation of the classic "hommos" shape with a tablespoon. Pour olive oil into the formed indentation and decorate with parsley and whole chickpeas. Finally, sprinkle a little paprika powder over the edges.
