Recipe for 4 people
Ingredients:
- 800g lamb fillet or piece of lamb kidney
- 2 onions
- 30 g pine nuts
- 5 g flour
- pinch of salt
- pinch of paprika
- 100 ml pomegranate molasses
- 5 g butter
Preparation:
1. Cut the lamb meat into small pieces. Mix flour with salt and paprika and sprinkle over the meat. Then pour a little olive oil over the lamb and knead well with your hands.
2. Cut the onions into thin strips and fry them with the pine nuts in butter. Add the lamb and continue to fry for about 2 minutes.
3. Deglaze with the pomegranate sauce and garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds if available.
