Recipe for 4 people
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef rump (or even better lamb rump)

- 5 g sunflower oil
- 80 g yogurt

Preparation:
1. Cut meat into thin strips and place in a bowl. Add spices, oil, vinegar and yogurt. Carve the onion and lemon and add them as well. Now knead and mix the mixture well with your hands.
2. Leave it in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours for best results.
3. spread the meat on the baking tray with sufficient distance and roast at 180° C with top and bottom heat (if available grill function) for approx. 8-10 minutes. Then turn the meat and roast again for about 8-10 minutes.
4. Cut the onions into rings, chop the parsley coarsely and mix both. Then season with Summach and arrange in a small bowl.
5. mix yogurt with a clove of garlic, a teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt and mix well. Arrange the sauce in a small bowl.
