SHISH TAOUK

Recipe for 4 people


Ingredients:

- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons chicken spice
- 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic (pressed)
- 1 teaspoon sumac




Preparation:

1. Salt the chicken thighs and put them in a bowl.

2. Add all the ingredients to the bowl and stir.

3. Cover the marinated chicken and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

4. Heat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat, if grill function available even better).

5. Put the chicken in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
